About Simon

Simon Timm has sold over 130 homes in the DC metro area in the past five years. For his outstanding performance, Simon received a Gold Recognition Award from the Greater Capital Area Association of Realtors in both 2021 and 2024. Simon brings a passion for ethics to all that he does-so much so that he earned a Master's Degree in Ethics from Yale University. Simon is dedicated to making his client's process of buying and selling a home as quick, stress-free, and profitable as possible. He has lived in the DC Metro area since 2017. Simon has a bachelor's degree in English from the University of Wisconsin, Madison. Before entering real estate, he co-founded nonprofits in both Silicon Valley and New York City. When Simon is not doing real estate, he enjoys traveling, cooking, and reading wisdom books from all cultures. He lives in Kensington, MD with his spouse, Allyson.
