My name is Rachel Holmes, and I'm a Maryland Realtor who is dedicated to making your life easier realizing your real estate dreams and goals. An Emmy-award nominated Producer and owner of Cat Eye Productions, a successful video marketing production company with smarts + heart, I am now putting my production skills to use in real estate. My reputation as an authentic brand marketing expert, community connector who is naturally curious and enthusiastic, a thorough researcher, and a hard worker garners consistent praise and repeat business from my clients. My production skills of brand management, video production, contract negotiation, discretion, project management, vendor relationships, budget management, scheduling crew, location scouting perfectly combine with my personal life experience of investing in properties with my husband in DC. I've been surrounded by the real estate business my whole life. I grew up in the Hamptons, which instilled in me a love for the water. I spent over 20 years in DC and renovated my first family home with my husband Skip. We moved to Annapolis in 2020 and are raising our 3 boys and 2 dogs on the Chesapeake. We oversaw a massive redesign and renovation of our ranch home in Bay Ridge - turned it into a mid-century inspired masterpiece just a 5 minute walk to the Bay. It's a dream come true! My integration into the Annapolis community has been rapid – I love it here. The water everywhere is the best! You can find me walking and exploring the many peninsulas, shopping at the farmer's market, meeting up with cookbook club friends, cheering for my teenage twins at their sports events at St. Mary's High School, volunteering at Lighthouse Shelter and at St. Anne's School of Annapolis, where I am chair of our Preschool PA.
