About Liz

Liz Montaner began her real estate career in 2007 after a very successful 25 year career in magazine advertising sales in New York, Washington DC, and Annapolis, and quickly earned a spot on the Coldwell Banker MidAtlantic Top 100 Agents list where she consistently remained. In 2018, Liz formed a real estate team to provide a higher level of service to her clients. Lori Hill and Kate Hopkins joined Liz as full time agents, along with Janna Milan as the Crew coordinator. Liz and her husband, Richard, lived in a water privileged community in Severna Park for 22 years while raising their 2 children. In 2013 Liz and Richard moved to downtown Annapolis where they enjoy a very walkable empty nest lifestyle. In addition to practicing real estate, Liz enjoys boating all over the Chesapeake Bay and is involved in numerous charitable organizations, particularly those focused on mental health.
