About Kate

Kate Hopkins has been making waves in the real estate industry since earning the prestigious 'Rookie of the Year' award in her first year in real estate. After more than a decade of working independently, Kate joined the Let's Move Crew at Coldwell Banker Realty in 2023 and assumed team leadership in February 2024. Kate and the Crew are routinely recognized as a Top Team at Coldwell Banker, achieving elite Diamond Status as well as memberships in the exclusive Master's Club and Distinguished Sales Achievement Club. Licensed as an Associate Broker, Kate's expertise is backed by an impressive array of accreditations, including ABR (Accredited Buyer Representative), SRES (Senior Real Estate Specialist), and CNE (Certified Negotiation Expert). She also holds a BA from the University of Virginia and a master's in public policy from the College of William. Additionally, she is deeply committed to her community and actively supports local charities such as Anne Arundel County CASA, the Maritime Museum, the Lighthouse Shelter, and Anne Arundel County SPCA.
