Born in Brazil and an American citizen for more than 12 years, Flavio first came to DC Metropolitan Area in 1998 where he has worked as a Software Engineer for more than 2 decades in the Healthcare industry. Flavio is passionate about guiding and helping people to make the best decisions that they can for themselves, their families, and their future.
