After her family was selling their residence, she obtained her Real Estate license and started working at a local brokerage in Severna Pk. After listing and selling homes for 8 years, she decided to go into management for a local broker. After 6 years of management, she opened & operated her own brokerage, Castle Harbor Realty for 10 years in the Pasadena area, then returned to Coldwell Banker Realty as a sales associate and Associate Broker. In 2007, she became a Relocation Specialist and assisted the Military & government agencies with their buying & selling needs. Charlene enjoys all aspects of listing and selling homes and providing excellent service to her clients, which has earned recognition in the International President’s Club, Chesapeake Real Producers in 2021, and in 2022 she was featured in the Washingtonian Magazine, that recognized, “100 Best Agents” & “Elite Producers” in MD, VA & the DC areas.
