About Annie

I've been a dedicated Realtor for almost 10 years and am proud to be part of the Coldwell Banker team. I grew up sailing on the Chesapeake Bay and absolutely love where I live and everything it has to offer. I'm a true Maryland girl through and through. Most of my career has been in customer-focused industries, which taught me the value of great service. I believe that exceeding expectations is key to building long-lasting relationships and earning client loyalty. I bring that same mindset to every real estate transaction. My strong work ethic goes back to my roots. As one of six children, I was ambitious early on-the "do whatever it takes to get the job done" type. Whether solving a problem, tackling a project, or lending some elbow grease, I was always ready to help. My siblings knew they could count on me. Being "one of many" also taught me the art of communication and negotiation-skills that serve me well today. I'm a proud mom to my amazing daughter Aggie. She's out on her own now, but we still go on lots of adventures together. I'm also a dog mom to Frankie, my sweet chocolate lab and loyal companion. Outside of real estate, I enjoy photography, gardening, traveling, dancing, volunteering, mentoring, and more. I love staying active and giving back to my community whenever I can. Whether I'm helping clients buy their first home, sell a longtime family property, or find the perfect spot to start a new chapter, I approach every opportunity with heart, hustle, and a deep love for the place I call home.
