There are many realtors in the area, however, there aren't many that will work as hard as I will for you or go the extra mile to make sure you are happy with either buying or selling your home. I have been involved with real estate since 1989. I bought my first two family before I was married in 1989. Since then, I have moved 3 times on the same small street in Westwood and sold and bought homes as investments - both as a resales, investments and as foreclosures. I have building experience as well. I have over 30 years experience with new construction. I understand both sides of buying and selling. I know the buyers wants to purchase a house to suit their needs, while the seller wants to sell to match their needs. I am the person who can calmly work through the process for both parties.
