About Sarah

I’m a REALTOR® with Coldwell Banker, working in Walpole, Norwood, Westwood, and the surrounding areas. I’m also a Walpole mom of three. I work to make sure clients understand what they’re getting into before making a decision. Buying or selling a home has a lot of moving parts, and not all of them are obvious at first. I spend a lot of time looking closely at things like public records, market data, and contract terms. Not just to check the box, but to understand what could come up later and make sure nothing important is missed. Before real estate, I spent over 10 years in roles focused on project management, data analysis, and relationship management. I managed complex projects, worked across multiple stakeholders, and was responsible for keeping things moving and on track. That carries through to how I work now. I keep things organized, I follow through, and I make sure you feel informed and have what you need to move forward with clarity and confidence.
