My Background I have 20 years of experience investing in international residential real estate. As well as buying and selling properties in 4 different countries, I have extensive experience in renting (both short term and long term) and property management. Having been a client myself for many transactions, I am in a unique position to understand the concerns of homebuyers and sellers, as well as the high level of customer service that is necessary to ensure that clients achieve their objectives. My background in interest rate finance has given me an insight into the range of financing options available to homeowners and how best to choose the optimal solution. In addition, I apply the same rigorous analysis to home buying and selling that I did whilst involved in Science. I am married with 3 teenage sons and two cats. With active boys, we are involved in a range of sports, from alpine ski racing in the winter to soccer, rowing and baseball in the summer.   I grew up in England for most of my life, but the overwhelming welcome I received from the residents of Weston ensured that I have never felt homesick since my arrival!
