About Gabe

Gabe Coglly brings a people-first approach to real estate, shaped by a career in hospitality, a strong commitment to family and community, and a genuine love for New England. Born and raised in Cleveland, Ohio, Gabe spent 10 years in Georgia before making his way to New England. His professional background began in the hospitality industry, where he developed a deep appreciation for service, relationships, and attention to detail. While in Georgia, Gabe served as a Food & Beverage Director at the renowned Sea Island resort before relocating to New England to continue his hospitality career at Wentworth by the Sea. What initially began as a professional move quickly became something much more. After the birth of his daughter, Gabe planted roots in New England and found a true sense of home. Today, he has a deep appreciation for the region, from its distinct seasons and historic communities to the natural beauty and character that make New England such a special place to live. Family is at the center of Gabe’s life. He is a proud and devoted father to his daughter and stays actively involved in her school and activities. Gabe serves as President of the Parents Club at the Academy of Notre Dame in Tyngsborough and can often be found on the sidelines coaching his daughter’s softball and basketball teams—with soccer soon to be added to the list. That same commitment to people, service, and community carries into Gabe’s work in real estate. His hospitality background taught him that great service starts with listening, understanding what matters to people, and following through—values that continue to guide the way he builds relationships and conducts business today. Outside of work and family, Gabe is passionate about health and physical fitness, loves to cook, is an avid reader, and enjoys spending time outdoors exploring New England. He is also the proud owner of Gerald, his five-year-old Corgi and faithful companion. Gabe may not have been born in New England, but it is where he chose to build his life, raise his daughter, and call home. What started as a move north has become a lasting connection to the people, communities, and places he is proud to serve.
