He has a broad understanding of trends that can affect pricing and, therefore, he can inform on the most effective strategies for pricing a new listing or arriving at the right number when making an offer. For his investor clients, he often runs financial models that provide high-level zoning analysis for short- or long-range building potential. Stephen is the utmost professional.
