Ritu Goswami Chawla brings an exceptional mix of skills, knowledge, and enthusiasm, to her client’s real estate experience. With many years of leading teams in finance and economics at multinational corporates like Dow Chemical and Phillips, and more than two decades living across the world from Singapore, to Mumbai, to Wellesley, Ritu has a sharp eye for meaningful value in the real estate world. Expatriate assignments resulting in local and international moves globally, meant moving her family of four kids and settling them in new and diverse cultures, climates, neighborhoods, and schools. Ritu understands the complexities of relocation and shares with her clients’ years of valuable insights gained in moving around the world and in local markets to help you make the best decisions possible with minimal stress and a smooth real estate transaction. Ritu is a member of the Greater Boston Association of Realtors, and a licensed Massachusetts real estate Sales agent. Ritu is partnering with Coldwell Banker Realty in their Wellesley Office, to help her clients in the Greater Boston real estate market. Ritu has been a resident of Wellesley, Massachusetts for over 12 years; she lives with her husband who is a reputed global institutional investor. Their four kids are working, and in college in New York City. As a longtime resident of Wellesley, Ritu has extensive local knowledge of Wellesley and the neighboring areas. She believes in supporting the town hall, local businesses and the schools, having sent three kids through the Wellesley public school system. Ritu is also an artist, uses oil on canvas, and has a gallery of her artwork in her home. Ritu enjoys music, painting, yoga & meditation, and spending time at home with her pets during her free time.
