I have always had a passion for managing and developing business relations with partners to maximize the potential of profitability of all project transactions. Hands on approach to working with all various sizes of organizations, including Residential, Commercial and Retail Development. Have produced positive results and also allowed for long lasting relationships with both the clients and owners. I have held senior level Construction Manager positions for many companies, such as CVS Realty, 7-Eleven, Wal-Mart and several other consultant roles for national development companies. Most recently for the last few years, I transitioned the into the Residential Industry with Coldwell Banker to represent home buyers and sellers as an Accredited Buyer's Representative and obtained my Real Estate license in MA and RI. My goal is to consistently meet my client's needs within their specific time frames and utilize my broad knowledge base to close on all transactions as quickly as possible.
