About Nick

Nick has had a strong passion for real estate for as long as he can remember, inspired by watching his family own and operate a successful brokerage in Warren, Vermont for over 60 years. He began accompanying his family on showings and open houses as early as 7 years old, giving him a front-row seat to how markets evolve, how trust is built, and how long term value is created. Nick learned as much as he could before officially diving in and earning his license when he was 18. Starting in the industry at an early age drove Nick to understand the business beyond surface level sales tactics and the importance of community driven relationships and knowledge of local markets. This meant learning quickly that every town behaves differently and that reputation, timing, and knowledge matters most. Post college he briefly stepped away from Real Estate where he joined the Insurance industry specializing in evaluating risks, property details and long term exposure for properties in and around New England. Today, Nick brings a detail driven, open minded and educational approach to every client relationship. Whether buying, selling, or hoping to learn more about the market, Nick’s main focus is on ensuring his clients feel confident making their decision.
