About Meghan

Meghan is a lifelong educator and passionate Scituate resident who brings heart, insight, and a grounded approach to real estate. A proud Stonehill College alum and former teacher, Meghan turned her 20-year interest in real estate into a profession, joining the Cole Austin Real Estate Team at Coldwell Banker. Originally from Connecticut, she and her husband have spent the last decade raising their family in Scituate. Meghan is active with her children's schools and has been a dedicated volunteer for local organizations including Holly Hill Farm, SHORE, and First Parish Cohasset. As a food allergy advocate, she co-founded a support group, published the book Just One Bite, and serves on the Board of AAFA New England. She’s also a certified tennis coach and loves sharing the sport with people of all ages. Meghan's real estate philosophy is simple but powerful: be a trusted advisor and guide clients with care, honesty, and clarity through one of life’s biggest decisions.
