About Carolyn

Carolyn Cleveland is a Broker Associate at Coldwell Banker in beautiful downtown Scituate. Carolyn grew up on the South Shore, and always called to the sea, also spent 20 years on the RI coast and Cape Cod. Her real estate career started in Rhode Island in 1997, and continued on the South Shore in 2000. She has been a full-time Realtor for nearly 28 years, and holds designations as a Licensed Broker, a Certified Buyers Representative, a Certified Negotiations Expert, and a Senior Real Estate Specialist. She is also a Member in good standing of the National and Massachusetts Association of Realtors, and South Shore Realtors. She lists and sells single family homes, condos, land, and vacation property from Quincy to the Cape, and Plymouth to the Lakeville/Freetown area. She enjoys reading, anything to do with the ocean & beach, Boston sports, traveling and spending time with my family & friends. Her keys to success are a positive attitude, a strong work ethic and the ability to maintain relationships with my clients long after the deal has closed.
