About Paola

Born in Italy with a background in photography and a pragmatic knowledge of houses, Paola Ferrario is a successful artist and former educator who devotes her working life to real estate. Wherever she has lived, Paola has spent years renovating ordinary “fixer-uppers” and transforming them into her own unique homes. She has a sharp eye and hands-on experience and loves helping buyers find what they really want and need. She is experienced in buying and selling homes and managing multi-family properties. Paola loves American architecture and the Connecticut River valley. She enjoys traveling and hiking the region’s diverse terrain and welcomes the opportunity to act as a guide to prospective clients, from Greenfield to Springfield and west into hill districts, from distinctive state parks and reservations to historic urban neighborhoods. She is happy, as well, to guide you through the process of buying a new home. With 15 years of local, in-depth knowledge of the housing market and ambient cities, parks, farms, and wildlife sanctuaries, she can help you buy or sell a home with as much joy and as little stress as possible. Besides English, Paola speaks fluent Italian and Spanish.
