Kolleen brings a refined perspective to real estate, shaped by a background in finance, commercial development, and residential design. After working in Boston/Greater Boston over the years with architects and designers on high-end construction and restoration projects, and with her education in architecture and design she later transitioned naturally into real estate. Now in her 11th year as a real estate professional, Kolleen offers clients a thoughtful blend of market expertise, design insight, and strategic negotiation. With deep knowledge of Boston, Greater Boston, and MetroWest, she guides her clients through competitive markets with clarity, confidence and care helping them make smart, informed decisions in one of life's most important investments.
