Lindsey's elevated knowledge of real-time market conditions, pricing, and building planning is central to the success of her clients. Her social media and branding expertise help her thoughtfully position properties to targeted buyers. A trusted advisor with impeccable customer service and strong negotiating skills, Lindsey provides her clients with the utmost care and diligence through every stage of a real estate transaction. Lindsey also led Real Estate Development for multiple startups, where she identified and executed commercial real estate opportunities and owned the design and construction build-outs. Her lifelong passion for real estate has allowed her to seamlessly transition into her role as a Realtor. Lindsey, her husband Ian, their twins Mac and Marnie and their baby Seb reside in Marblehead, where they are active and engaged members of the community. Lindsey serves on the House Committee at the Eastern Yacht Club, is a member of the University Club of Boston and the Marblehead Moms Co-op. She volunteers on the Peabody Essex Museum Gala Host Committee and serves as a board member for the Merry Mixers non-profit organization. In her free time, you can find her practicing yoga, sailing, or playing racquet sports, often with her Shih Tzu (Otis) in tow.
