About Kristin

Personal Background Kristin has been assisting Sellers and Buyers with their real estate needs since 2002. She grew up in Marblehead, attended Colby College in Waterville, ME and received her B.A. in Economics in 1988 prior to starting a career in Merchandising. After 13 years in Retail, Kristin joined Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage in Marblehead. She has been honored with the the Sterling Silver Award (2016) which awards the top 17% of Coldwell Banker sales associates internationally and the International Diamond Society Award (2015, 2017, 2019 & 2020) which awards approximately the top 11% of sales associates worldwide. She was awarded the International President Circle award for 2021, 2022 and 2024, which recognizes the top 4% of agents internationally. She has also been recognized as realtor of the month on several occasions. Kristin resides in Marblehead with her husband and three sons.
