About Eric

A lifelong Marblehead resident, Eric offers a deep and personal understanding of the town-its schools, waterfront, history, and the many reasons people love to call it home. As a key member of the Cressy Team for over 18 years, he has played a central role in building one of the area's top-producing real estate groups. Before transitioning to real estate full-time in 2008, Eric served as Publisher of SAIL Magazine and later as Executive Vice President of a luxury yacht builder. His background in high-end marketing and sales brings a polished, strategic approach to every listing and negotiation. Eric's passion for real estate runs in the family-he learned the business from his mother, Carole, who sold homes for over 45 years. Her discipline and work ethic continue to shape the way he serves his clients: with focus, integrity, and a deep commitment to getting results.
