About Eric

A lifelong Marblehead resident, Eric offers a deep and personal understanding of the town—its schools, waterfront, history, and the many reasons people love to call it home. As a key member of the Cressy Team for over 18 years, he has played a central role in building one of the area's top-producing real estate groups. Before transitioning to real estate full-time in 2008, Eric served as Publisher of SAIL Magazine and later as Executive Vice President of a luxury yacht builder. His background in high-end marketing and sales brings a polished, strategic approach to every listing and negotiation. Eric’s passion for real estate runs in the family—he learned the business from his mother, Carole, who sold homes for over 45 years. Her discipline and work ethic continue to shape the way he serves his clients: with focus, integrity, and a deep commitment to getting results.
