About Susan

Susan Samuelson was born and raised in Boston. As a young teen she had a strong interest and passion for real estate. Later she learned that she had success in sales and the two came together over the years. After working in Human Resources and owning a successful dog walking business, she decided to pursue her interest in Real Estate. She is thrilled she is finally doing what she was meant to do from the get go. One of her favorite parts about her job is helping buyers and sellers know what to expect during each transaction. She also enjoys helping buyers and sellers strategize for the best outcome. Her negotiation skills and willingness to find out all the details for a successful outcome is unmatched. Susan lives in Melrose with her husband and daughter. She is a passionate animal lover. She adores her community and selling comes easy as it is her home. Being a native to Boston and Melrose, gives Susan a unique and powerful insight into the local real estate market and all this great city has to offer. Susan also services outside of Boston due to her strong knowledge of the surrounding areas. Susan can represent either buyers or sellers in transactions. This allows a level of trust when acting on a sellers or buyer's behalf. Susan will go above and beyond to help buyers or sellers understand the process and will communicate each step along the way. When representing a seller, she enjoys advising sellers for the best possible outcome. Sometimes that may mean recommending staging, decluttering or suggesting jobs that may need addressing for highest price. Susan has no hesitation about jumping in to help and getting her hands dirty. She also has a strong desire to help buyers negotiate in very competitive markets, and has an immense success rate.
