Claudia is a very dynamic and focused professional, who is always determined to see things through. Whether working with Buyers or Sellers, her main drive is to make sure her clients get the best deal possible. Seeing her clients happy and bringing joy to people's lives is something she lives for. She was licensed as a real estate agent in 2010, and immediately knew this is what she wanted to do for the rest of her life. From relationship building to understanding customer's needs, she loves every aspect of the real estate business. One of the things she cherishes the most is the ability to meet people and make friends from various cultures and paths of life. Over the years, she's been lucky enough to experience firsthand how people's lives have changed while purchasing a new home and has seen them come back to her for guidance multiple times; whether to find investment opportunities, or as they downsize or upsize to adjust to changing lifestyles. From her Mediterranean and Latin family roots, she built her ability to understand different cultural needs and traditions, which helps her create meaningful connections with her clients, and understand their vision. She is the mother of two beautiful princesses and two very energetic pups, is a very sweet, open, and honest person with a great vibe, and she is always carrying around a smile. She is fluent in both English and Spanish and is working on her French and Portuguese.
