About Arianna

Arianna Gaudet is a North Shore native whose passion for real estate developed after purchasing a fixer-upper in Lynnfield. Arianna gained first hand experience with competitive negotiations in a hot market, renovations, identifying value in real estate driven decisions, and working with contractors and trade professionals. Further, Arianna's family roots have ties to owning and managing both residential and commercial properties in Essex County and Suffolk County, which has broadened her exposure to various markets and property types. Arianna studied Business Management with a concentration in Accounting at Emmanuel College and immediately began working in fast-paced, people-focused, and sales-driven roles in the Boston area. Each professional opportunity has increased Arianna's experience with lead generation, offer presentation, negotiation, and closing deals. Arianna's goal is to use these skills to provide clients with exceptional service during their home buying or selling process.
