About Lauren

Lauren Niles is a Global Luxury certified Real Estate Advisor, practicing in VT and MA. Her areas of expertise are Windham, Bennington, and Southern Rutland counties in Vermont and The Pioneer Valley in Massachusetts. As a member of the National Association of REALTORS®, Vermont Association of REALTORS®, Massachusetts Association of REALTORS®, and REALTOR® Association of Pioneer Valley, Lauren is connected with all that is happening in Real Estate on national, state and local levels. Lauren grew up in New Haven County Connecticut and has since lived in Fort Greene, Brooklyn, and Jamaica Plain, Boston. Currently, she splits time between Jamaica VT and Western MA. For two decades Lauren worked in advertising photography as a Prop Stylist and Art Director, sharpening her attention to detail, within a fast-paced environment. In this career, she also learned how to discern the exact wants and needs of even the most uncertain clients. After navigating several personal real estate transactions, a career shift to real estate felt natural. Lauren uses a hands-on highly personalized approach. She provides education and support throughout her clients' home buying or selling processes. Lauren is YOUR person, from initial conversation, to well after Closing Day. She has built a network of professionals to lean on for any possible need that may come up during the process.
