I try to respond quickly to clients inquiries and address their needs as soon as possible. I have built relationships within a large network of fellow realtors, which helps my transactions to be smoother and more cooperative. I eagerly pursue continuing ed and and frequent Coldwell Banker training sessions to stay abreast of continual changes and revisions to Real Estate Law and local procedures . Most importantly, I listen-really listen to my clients. If they say they want a 4 bedroom home, I will not show them 2 bedroom homes! If they don't want a certain area I will not waste their time by taking them to that area. Listening is critical to having a great working relationship with my clients. I enjoy introducing clients to our beautiful corner of New England-aptly called "The Crossroads of New England". nbsp; nbsp; nbsp; Personal Background I was born on Westover Air Force Base in Chicopee, MA to an Airman. I grew up in Springfield, MA and attended Classical High School. My first home purchase was in Feeding Hills, MA. nbsp;Years later we purchased our current home in Somers, CT and raised our sons there. I started my Real Estate Career in 2002 and have worked 40-60 hours per week ever since! Real Estate Sales is a fascinating and fulfilling career. nbsp;I have always loved everything about it. I especially love working with Relocation Buyers and Sellers and first time homebuyers. I enjoy educating my clients on the area and what each town in the Western MA and N. Central CT regions offer. I also compassionately work with down-sizers, retirees and family members charged with selling inherited properties. These are generally emotional transactions and I extend patience and empathy with what they are feeling and having to deal with.nbsp; I also work with a Non-Profit that provides Vocational Training to marginalized women who have been or are at great risk of being trafficked. We not only train these ladies to make products, but also provide companies that place large orders of these products so that the freedom offered to them is sustained.nbsp; My favorite vacation can be simple--I just need some sand to dig my toes into, a sand chair and a good book to read!
