Relationships: I like to establish a friendly as well as a professional relationship so clients feel at ease and comfortable with the process. Trust: I believe that establishing trust is essential and I strive to do so by being ethical, reliable, professional, considerate and cooperative - and by educating sellers and buyers on the nuances of a transaction, so they are best positioned in a competitive market. Experience: ♦ I enjoy working with clients and am constantly learning and expanding my knowledge in order to offer solid skills and resources to be effective for my clients, whether they are experienced buyers and sellers or first time buyers. ♦ I am familiar with many communities in the surrounding area, including but not limited to: Arlington, Belmont, Lexington, Malden, Medford, Somerville, Woburn and Winchester. ♦ Prior experience operating my own online business has provided valuable skills in sales and service, which I happily apply to working with my real estate clients. Personal: Education: Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, which helps me guide my clients through the financial aspects of the transaction. Language: Fluent in both English and Chinese. Community Service: Worked as a translator at the Morville House community for the 2017 Primary and General Elections. Interests: ◊ I am an advocate of exercise and a healthy lifestyle. ◊ I am interested in modern design and decorating and am happy to apply to clients needs. ◊ Helping others is a strong family tradition. ◊ I have one younger sister and my extended family lives in China.
