I am a full-service agent, who will consult with my clients to learn their needs and desires, explain the process including how we write an offer and review offers, the importance of utilizing comparative marketing analysis, and, of course, negotiation skills. I started my real estate career internationally in Cancun, Mexico offering Vacation Ownership in the Omni Hotel, and ended that 8-year experience as the Sales Director at the Hyatt Regency overseeing their Vacation Club Project. I then returned to the U.S., got my real estate license, initially partnered with my husband in our construction company to expand my knowledge of home renovation, and finally became active in the residential real estate business. It has been a wonderful journey and I truly love guiding my clients to their real estate goals.
