As a RYT 500 certified yoga teacher, I taught yoga classes for incarcerated women in the Los Angeles county jail by utilizing the GOGI framework to cultivate mindfulness and inspire sustainable change through their own yoga practice. GOGI continues to positively impact communities and has even traveled around the world, having reached the continents of Africa and Europe.
