BIOGRAPHY Kyle J. Bairos strives to offer a cut above service. "I go just about anywhere my clients need me," says Kyle, a young Realtor with a background in property management. The Middlesex County native says real estate runs in his blood. "I like to think I'm all business," Kyle says, "but I definitely try to make the process fun and as simple as possible." He goes above and beyond for clients, challenging assumptions on "wants" and "needs," while using data and creativity to demonstrate how unexpected properties can be the best solution for clients. "The biggest thing is not simply guiding clients but educating them to ensure they understand the process and market. I always manage expectations, which leads to the most successful transactions," says Kyle. "I try to educate clients on alternative options that fit their needs." Outside of Work I Enjoy: "I enjoy spending time with family and friends, typically over some great food, staying physically active whether it is golfing or playing basketball in men's leagues around the area." Pets: "I have an Australian Shepherd puppy, Zoey Mae. " Favorite Part of My Job: "Interacting with people, building and maintaining relationships while searching for the house of their dreams." Favorite sports, and sports teams: "Growing up in New England it's safe to say the Bruins, Celtics, Red Sox and of course the Patriots top my list of favorite sports teams."
