About Sara

Hello! My name is Sara Garcia and although I may be new to Coldwell Banker, I am certainly not new to real estate. My original career path is in education and I taught ESL and Spanish in the public schools for over 12 years with my last stint at Fitchburg High School for five years. In 2018, my husband and I bought a small 2 bedroom cape in Fitchburg and fixed it up over the spring months and just like that, my second career was born! CB agent Michael Beaudoin has been with us every step of the way as we grew our house flipping company since then. In 2021, I quit my full time job teaching and dedicated my time to grow our business and work for myself. One of my New Year's goals at the start of 2024 was to get my real estate license in order to further grow our business. And that brings me to the present! I feel confident after years of being guided through the negotiation process of buying and selling single and multi family homes in this area, that I can help others find their dream home or their next project. I understand the ins and outs of home renovation and of course have many great contacts in the area for trustworthy contractors and subcontractors. In addition to being busy with the now two businesses, my 7 year old son keeps me on my toes and constantly asks questions such as, "Did you get any offers?" I guess he's overheard a few real estate conversations over the years! Real estate is a family business for me and I believe I can help other families in my community achieve their real estate goals as well.
