About Lourdiana

My name is Lourdiana Saint Louis-Guillaume. I am a proud mother of two and a wife. I am actively licensed in both Massachusetts and New Jersey. Real estate is my passion and I enjoy all facets of this industry. In my 4 years of licensure, I've helped dozens of families attain homeownership and/or sell their assets to move on to greater things. My experience includes single family, multi family, and investment (fix/flip) purchases and sales. For fun and when I get a chance, I enjoy playing tennis, love dining at great restaurants, and love making new experiences with my family. I am also extremely goofy and enjoy a good laugh because life is too short. I am excited to be a part of Coldwell Banker Leominster and to be working with you all.
