Business Philosophy My business philosophy is simple - to provide exceptional service to clients throughout their Home Buying or Home Selling experience. For most people, their homes are their largest and most important investment. With the challenges of an ever-changing real estate environment, it is important for you to be fully educated on current market trends, prices, and issues in order to make informed decisions. Experience Having been a full-time Broker/Manager for 44 years, I have been involved in all phases of Residential Real Estate including Seller Representation, Buyer Representation, Recruiting and Training Agents, and Marketing. I have also worked as On-Site Sales Manager for numerous New Construction Subdivisions throughout North Central MA as well as having been involved in servicing Relocation employees for corporate clients. I have been fortunate to have overseen thousands of listings and sales throughout the years and I have enjoyed sharing my experience with my agents to assist them in their careers. As a non-competing manager, my focus was on helping them provide excellent service to our clients and become some of the best-educated agents in the business. Now that I have retired from these roles, I look forward to working with new and past Sellers and Buyers in achieving their real estate goals.
