About Susannah

Susannah is an expert at promoting and advertising client listings using both marketing and pricing strategies. She had an extensive career in design and marketing prior to joining the real estate industry and holds degrees from both Wellesley College and Massachusetts College of Art. Her attention to detail, dedicated work ethic and great communication skills give her clients confidence when buying or selling a home. She has a proven track record of going above and beyond to meet a client's needs. Susannah has experience with new construction as well as renovating older homes, seeing the investment potential in homes for sale that need some work. She also stays on top of current market values, making her a well-informed and valuable asset to anyone looking to sell or buy. Susannah is a Scituate resident with long-standing roots in the community and she is raising her son in her hometown. She is very familiar with Scituate and the surrounding towns of the South Shore as well as other communities south of Boston, bringing a wealth of knowledge to her clients. She has lived in other parts of the United States and has traveled around the world which has given her a broad perspective on how lifestyles vary depending on where you live and play a role in the home you choose. She has done volunteer work for Friends of Scituate Dog Park, currently volunteers for the Scituate Historical Society, and helps with other various fundraising efforts. She is a member of the Scituate Historical Commission. Susannah is a REALTOR with South Shore Association of REALTORS, Massachusetts Association of REALTORS, and National Association of REALTORS.
