About Phil

Phil Nash is deeply connected to Boston and the South Shore. He graduated from B.C. High and Boston College with a degree in Business and has lived in West Roxbury, Hull, Cohasset and Norwell. Phil has worked in Boston for over twenty-five years with an engineering company negotiating high end contracts and running capital projects. Phil entered the Real Estate Industry in 2012 bringing his extensive construction experience and exceptional negotiating skills. Phil currently holds an Unrestricted Construction Supervisor License and has restored many homes on the South Shore. Phil works with both Sellers and Buyers and can cater to those relocating to the area or purchasing a second home or investment.
