My name is David Carfagnini, and I am a Licensed Real Estate Agent in Massachusetts, proudly working out of the Coldwell Banker Concord office. I was raised in Stoneham MA, and continue to carry those strong community values into my professional life. In addition to my real estate career, I am also a collegiate soccer player and an active member of my school’s Student Athlete Council. Competing at a high level has shaped my approach to both work and life teaching me leadership, discipline, communication, and the ability to collaborate with people from all backgrounds. Through years of athletic training and teamwork, I’ve gained a deep understanding of time management, focus under pressure, and performing at a high level while managing the demands of everyday life. These experiences have strengthened me both mentally and physically, giving me the confidence and resilience needed to support clients through every step of their real estate goals.
