Shayna Baker Collective was created with a simple belief: exceptional real estate service cannot be mass produced. As a mother of three and a longtime resident of the South Shore’s coastal communities—including Cohasset, Hull, and Marshfield—I understand that buying or selling a home is rarely just a transaction. It’s often tied to family, lifestyle, milestones, and the places where life’s most meaningful moments unfold. Before entering real estate, I built my career in mortgage banking, serving as an Operations Manager for a nationwide lender. That experience gave me a deep understanding of the financial and contractual side of real estate, creating a foundation that continues to benefit my clients today. After more than a decade representing clients across the South Shore’s most sought-after coastal communities, I made the decision to build something different—a boutique real estate collective intentionally designed around quality over quantity. We don’t chase volume. We don’t measure success by the number of transactions. We believe a select number of clients, served exceptionally well, creates a better experience and ultimately better results.
