Mission Statement Having moved back to the South Shore in 1984, via San Francisco Manhattan,I have a special empathy for Buyers and Sellers. A skilled negotiator with good listening aptitude, I also know housing values on the South Shore. I appreciate that we are dealing with a most precious investment, and will treat it as such, every step of the way. I am a committed full-time real estate professional, and a certified negotiation specialist. I will strive to make each transaction as stress-free and seamless as possible. Business Philosophy I strive to make each transaction as seamless as possible. After negotiating an offer, I coordinate and attend all inspections. I will review and disseminate all purchase and sales data generated by the attorneys. I insure that the smoke detectors and carbon monoxide detectors are certified by the Fire Department and that the septic is Title V approved.. I set up the final walk through and orchestrate a smooth closing. My goal is to take the stress away from the Buyers and Sellers and to make this a " feel-good" experience.
