About Scott

Scott is the Managing Partner of The Residential Group. He has a diverse background in sales and marketing as well as property development and investments. Scott holds a finance and marketing degree from Syracuse University, and his role as Managing Partner is to oversee the marketing and operations of a team that averages $60-$100M in sales annually. Scott is experienced in representing both individual buyers and sellers, as well as institutions, development groups and investors. He has a particular aptitude in helping clients with complicated zoning, building and condominium conversion matters, and has successfully marketed and sold more than $250M in new construction and new renovation real estate over his career. Scott has deep knowledge of Metropolitan Boston real estate markets including Jamaica Plain, Roxbury, South End, Roslindale, Allston, Brighton, Brookline, Somerville, Cambridge and East Boston, as well as the North Shore towns of Manchester-by-the-Sea, Gloucester and Rockport.
