My prime aim is to assist buyers and sellers in negotiating in the Greater Boston Area real estate market. Two important strengths I bring to this task are: 1) strong negotiating experience and skills to negotiate the best price for my clients either selling or buying. 2.) for seller situations: skill and experience at guiding clients and preparing real estate from lived-in condition through cleanup, showing, and sale. Perceived condition of real estate is important to final price, and I specialize in staging to best advantage for clients with minimum or little out-of-pocket investment. If you have a property and are not experienced in how to best go about the process of preparing it for sale, and what aesthetic effect to aim for as a staging end point, I can be helpful. I am sensitive and attentive to what my clients actually need, and try my best to create outstanding outcomes for them.
