About Joe

Joe went into real estate after a successful 35-year career within the global consulting industry primarily focused on financial services. He served as an executive with IBM, KPMG, CSC and Sapient. He uses his professional skills for problem solving, relationship building, understanding the economy, market research, negotiation and deal management in all his real estate activities. Joe believes in working proactively to identify real estate opportunities and to expedite their sales, purchases and closing processes for his clients. Joe is a lifelong resident of the Boston area and has lived in West Newton for the past 33 years. He has been a local real estate investor for decades, primarily in the Boston condominium market. He was educated at BC High and graduated from Boston College with a BA and went on to earn an MBA. In local Boston parlance, he is a "triple eagle". Joe enjoys spending time outside, including taking long hikes with his dogs and working in the garden.
