About Hossein

Hossein began his education by receiving a bachelor's degree in economics and then pursued his first passion, healthcare. He completed his studies by earning a master's degree in medical sciences, and in 2007, he earned a Ph.D. in pathology from Boston University School of Medicine. From 2010 to 2019, he was a C-level executive in a diagnostic laboratory, where he led the sale of the laboratory to a Fortune 500 company. Meanwhile, in 2017, Hossein slowly began pursuing his second passion, real estate, at which time he started developing properties in Boston. Projects ranged from single-family homes to two- and three-family buildings. In 2019, he transitioned full-time into real estate by receiving his Massachusetts real estate license, and in 2020, he received his unrestricted construction license. Upon completion of his licensing, Hossein launched ArBa Development, a real estate development company. Hossein's past executive experience and knowledge of construction and real estate, combined with the power of Coldwell Banker Realty, enables him to share great depths of real estate awareness with his clients.
