When it comes to buying and selling real estate, nothing is more valuable than having the right advocate in your corner. For clients in Brookline, Newton and Boston, Claire McClintock is just that person. Dedicated, patient, and knowledgeable, Claire uses the most up-to-date neighborhood-specific data along with an analysis of historic trends in order to enable her clients to make informed and confident decisions. Claire believes in transparency in Real Estate and is proud to be among the first Final Offer certified agents in the Greater Boston area. After graduating from Bates College and Suffolk University Law School, Claire practiced real estate law for several years. Upon realizing that it wasn’t the back room legal work that she loved, but rather helping clients on a more personal level, Claire turned to sales. Whether she is working with first-time home buyers or sophisticated buyers, sellers and developers, Claire loves the challenge of exceeding her client’s expectations. Following almost a decade in Boston, Claire settled in Brookline with her husband, Bill, and their children. She loves watching their little ones play sports and she also plays in several local tennis and paddle leagues herself. She and Bill are active in their community including holding leadership roles at the Brookline Early Education Program (BEEP) PTO and Heading Home, a local charity that seeks to end homelessness.
