Katy Barry loves working in real estate. In fact, it's not a job for her, it's a passion. She came to work in real estate in 2016 after eight years teaching high school History. Katy genuinely enjoys the relationships and connections that are built in helping people work through the process of buying or selling a home. She takes great pleasure in helping families and individuals to reach the closing table and begin a new chapter in their lives. Katy prides herself on being a good listener and a great communicator. Her approach to customer service is simple: treat your client how you would want to be treated. She honestly cares about the people she works with and strives to always offer them the highest level of professionalism and service. She will put your needs first and advocate for you every step of the way. As a lifelong resident of Lowell, she truly believes that there is a lot to love about this city and the Merrimack Valley. She and her husband are raising their three children in Lowell (5th generation Lowellians!) She has now helped hundreds of Greater Lowell clients with the home sale process…and has made lots of friends along the way! Katy is a graduate of Lowell High School, Boston College (B.A.), UMass Lowell (M.Ed.), and The College of Saint Rose (C.A.G.S.). When she has some down time, you can find her antiquing, watching her kids play hockey & baseball, or spending too much money at HomeGoods.
