About Nancy

Trained as an architect and project manager, Nancy has over 27 years of experience in property investment and management, and specializes in helping clients understand the local market, assess value, and envision exciting possibilities. Nancy believes educating clients is the foundation of a successful relationship. She negotiates strong terms for clients, representing their interests as if her own, and expertly manages the process consistently exceeding expectations. Buyers and sellers benefit from her broad scope of knowledge, attentive service and problem-solving ability. Investors benefit from her data-driven analysis, experience-based insight weighing income and expenses, and her expertise owning and managing rental property. Nancy's reputation is for honest, client-centered, dedicated and detail-oriented work, earning her numerous awards including the Coldwell Banker International Diamond Society and Top 500 agent status in the New England region. Nancy is also an abstract painter with a studio in the artist community of Somerville. She is a member of the Cambridge Art Association and has participated yearly in Somerville Open Studios and other local exhibits, selling her paintings and garnering positive feedback for her brightly colored and highly layered works. A Cambridge homeowner, Nancy owns three investment properties in Porter Square. She lives with her husband and their two children and their much adored Australian Labradoodle. Nancy and her family have enjoyed extensive travel abroad visiting friends and relatives in India, Switzerland, Italy, England and Sweden. A Baltimore native, she has a Master's in Architecture from Rice University and a Bachelor of Science in Architecture from The University of Maryland. Nancy also enjoys local retreats, including running around the Cambridge Reservoir and developing her skills at indoor rock climbing. She is a member of the Cambridge Art Association and an enthusiastic Farmers-to-You community supporter.
