Areas of Expertise Professional resume - 20 plus years of division management experience with United Parcel Service and Boston Gas (USNGRID), responsible for delivering superior customer service to an extensive regional constituency through culturally diverse bargaining unit workforces numbering in the hundreds (Teamsters, Steelworkers, Electric Workers, and Utility Workers). As a Corporate Change Agent, I enjoyed multiple appointments on Business Transformation, Safety, and Leadership Teams, and served several years as the company-wide process lead for Customer and Mandated Program Teams; which were responsible for performing up to a million tasks annually throughout NY, MA, RI, and NH. Lastly, I lead the Customer Service Committee for the New England Gas Association for several years and was responsible for delivering industry training sessions on labor, budgeting, metrics based performance, and various customer satisfaction initiatives. After a successful career in the aforementioned sectors, I look forward to applying my presentation, communication, negotiation, customer service, and interpersonal skills in Real Estate. Education and Training MBA with a focus on Operations Management from the University of Southern New Hampshire and a B.S. in Business Administration with a minor in Economics from the University of New Hampshire. Personal Background Activities - I enjoy hiking, camping, swimming, bicycling (road and mountain), snow boarding, snow shoeing, fishing, kayaking, cooking, music (play guitar), and travel.
