Before entering real estate, Tracy operated her own boutique recruiting firm in downtown Boston. Her talent for making lasting connections between employers and employees and her ability to negotiate contracts and hiring terms have significantly enhanced her impressive skill set. Having lived in Boston, Beacon Hill and now Charlestown, Tracy is very familiar with area properties, neighborhoods and amenities. For 30+ years, she has remained committed to her community, serving as board member and president of the Charlestown Mothers Association and supporting the Warren-Prescott School.
