About Maureen

Maureen has been a resident of the Back Bay since 1995. Maureen graduated with honors from the Carroll School of Management at Boston College with a B.S. in Marketing. She began her real estate career in 1985 after a successful career as a Department Manager and Assistant Buyer for a large retail organization. Maureen's success is a result of bringing her marketing knowledge and retail business analytics to real estate. In addition, she spent six years learning about condominium construction and development as an onsite sales associate for The Finch Group. She successfully sold over 100 condominiums in diverse locations in Boston, Dorchester, Revere, Burke Mountain Vermont and Lincoln New Hampshire during a 5 year economic downturn. Since 1995 Maureen has worked in general brokerage and for 24 years for Coldwell Banker Realty. Maureen works tirelessly to give her buyers and sellers 100% of her time and expertise. Her strength lies in predicting marketing trends, and her many relationships in her community. She has consistently been in the top 2- 4% of Coldwell Banker Agents worldwide. She is most proud of the repeat business that has made her a top producer and the many referrals that she has received from successful sales transacrtions over the past 35+ years. An avid runner, skier, and sailor, she enjoys the vibrant lifestyle of living in the Back Bay. She has tirelessly volunteered in her neighborhood and supports efforts to preserve the Charles River Esplanade, The Commonwealth Avenue Mall, The Public Garden, The Boston Common, and the green spaces of the Back Bay. She can often be seen walking her Australian Shepherd Jackson ( the official Mayor of Back Bay) around the city.
