About Marley

Marley Wright Kanda joins the Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage team as a licensed architect with over 10 years of experience. Her professional background includes extensive experience with civic, institutional, commercial, residential and interior design projects. Prior to joining Coldwell Banker, Marley worked at Keller Williams, Selldorf Architects, Leers Weinzapfel Associates, and Sasaki. She received a Bachelor of Arts in Architecture, magna cum laude, from Barnard College, Columbia University and a Master of Architecture from the Harvard University Graduate School of Design. Her unique skill set is an asset to sellers, preparing to list their homes as well as to buyers, needing a seasoned eye to determine the potential of a property. Her motivation lies in discovering how buildings live, breathe, and are experienced through ever-evolving combinations of art, objects, materials, and spatial sequencing. Marley lives in a fabulously gut-renovated 1850's townhouse in the blossoming community of Charlestown, where she is a member of the Charlestown Mothers Association and a board member of the Charlestown Preservation Society. Marley and her husband can often be found with their two young boys at swimming lessons, parkour practice or biking along the Charles River. In her free time, she enjoys fashion, traveling, running, and yoga.
